What We Do

Qualified Social Work Support

We provide experienced, qualified social workers to deliver statutory and specialist work, including:

  • Statutory visits and assessments

  • Child and family assessments

  • Viability and independent viability assessments (IVAs)

  • Public Law Outline (PLO) and court-directed work

  • Out-of-county visits

  • Short-notice cover

  • Evening and weekend availability where required

Our work is evidence-based, clearly reasoned, and aligned with statutory guidance and local authority expectations.

Parenting & Specialist Assessments

We undertake a range of specialist assessments delivered by appropriately qualified and experienced professionals, including:

  • Parenting assessments

  • Reverse residential assessments

  • Child and family assessments

  • Special Guardianship Order (SGO) assessments

  • Independent viability assessments (IVAs)

  • NRPF consultancy and advice

All assessments are proportionate, trauma-informed, and focused on clarity, fairness, and defensible decision-making.

Placement Support & Regulation Visits

We provide targeted placement support to help stabilise placements and reduce reliance on high-cost or unregistered provision.

Our services include:

  • Wraparound support to stabilise placements

  • Semi-independent 16+ provision through trusted partners

  • Regulation 32 visits, assessments, and reports

  • Regulation 44 visits

Our work supports safeguarding, placement sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

  • Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Court-ready observations and reports

  • Consistency for children and families across sessions
