Our People and Practice

eGreen Social Care provides independent social work, social care, consultancy, and advocacy services across the UK. How We Began
eGreen Social Care began with a clear conviction: that children and families deserve informed, compassionate support that respects their voices and rights. Founded by experienced social workers and practitioners, we grew from a small team offering independent assessments into a national service delivering social work, consultancy, advocacy, and training across the UK.
Our approach combines rigorous evidence, practical experience, and a commitment to equitable outcomes. We support local services to strengthen practice and help professionals feel confident and supported in their decision-making. We work alongside families, agencies, and commissioners to design solutions that are pragmatic, rights-based, and focused on long-term safety and wellbeing, continually evolving in response to changing policy landscapes and the lived realities of the people we serve.
